We were engaged exclusively on the recruitment of a Head of Strategy role, which we successfully placed into their leadership team. Since then, we have also supported with their search for a Planning & Benefits Manager role. Why work with a specialist recruitment agency? The job description required a blend of strategy development and execution and delivery, which was complicating the search process.
