BJSS are best known as a technology development consultancy. They design and build bespoke tools, products, and services for their clients. In 2018 they made the decision to launch a management consulting practice and our recruitment consultants have worked with them to grow this part of the business since 2021. Our work with BJSS we first started working with BJSS in early 2021. At the time, BJSS Consulting were a team of around 35 heads. Their ambition was to grow to 70 by April 2022, and they currently (early 2024) sit at around 110 heads. We have now built an exclusive relationship with BJSS Consulting. This has enabled us to work in true partnership with them, providing guidance on market trends, benchmarking their salaries against the market, and helping improve their interview processes. We have recruited across a range of seniorities from Consultant through to Principal Consultant, successfully making over 20 placements within the team across the following capabilities: Organisation Transformation & Change Operations Transformation & Sustainability Program Management Technology Strategy Helping BJSS enter the consulting sector As a relatively new management consulting practice, BJSS didn’t have an existing reputation in the market. This made it difficult to attract direct applicants to their consulting jobs.They were looking to grow across a range of consulting skills in parallel, which meant they needed a high volume of candidates.
