Full Credential Description
The Centre for Agriculture and Bioscience International (CABI) Pension Scheme faced a challenge after transferring its administration services to Aon. The primary issue was to produce member newsletters that matched the style and quality of previous editions while adhering to a constrained budget due to the Schemes funding position. Aon proposed two tailored solutions: the first was to create basic newsletters that maintained a similar style to past issues with a generic design aligned with CABI branding. The second option involved fully bespoke newsletters, which would include a comprehensive review of content tone and style, the application of behavioral bias techniques to enhance engagement, and custom design elements. Ultimately, due to budget constraints, CABI opted for the basic newsletter solution. Throughout the project, Aon ensured active involvement at all key milestones, including the draft and design stages, and managed the entire production process. The outcomes were highly satisfactory; the final newsletters were clearer, more engaging, and consistent with the high quality expected by members. Aons excellent project management allowed the Trustees to focus on other Scheme matters, as the project was completed smoothly, on budget, and on time, with all feedback effectively incorporated. This experience marked a significant improvement over previous years, leading CABI to plan continued collaboration with Aon for future communications.
