Enigmind, a Portuguese company founded in August 2017, specializes in event management, particularly through escape rooms and team-building activities. The founders, Ana and Adriana, faced challenges stemming from unstable employment situations and a lack of resources to launch their business. To overcome these hurdles, they sought financial support and received a microfinance loan from Millenium BCP, backed by the European Investment Fund (EIF) under the EU’s Programme for Employment and Social Innovation (EaSI). This funding was crucial for them to realize their business idea.

Enigmind's offerings include customized themed parties and structured team-building exercises designed to enhance teamwork, communication, and leadership skills in a fun environment. The company emphasizes personal development through social skills and problem-solving, applying psychological principles to group dynamics. Currently, Enigmind is expanding its services to include a new outdoor activity that combines a treasure hunt with cultural and historical elements, alongside the introduction of a new escape room experience. The tailored solution provided by the EIF through the EaSI Guarantee Financial Instrument enabled Enigmind to establish itself in the competitive event management industry, ultimately contributing to the growth of the local economy by supporting innovative business ventures.
