Talde Deuda Alternativa II has a target volume of 100 million and plans to make at least 20 investments ranging from 2 million to 7 million each, creating a diversified portfolio of long-term senior loans, primarily collateralized. The investment from EIF is part of the Alternative Lending for Sustainable Development instrument, designed to enhance financing options for SMEs in innovation, sustainability, and competitiveness. This initiative is part of Spains Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan under the NextGenerationEU recovery instrument, which aims to boost environmental and social investments across various sectors.
The collaboration between EIF and Talde Gestión reflects a commitment to developing diverse financial instruments that support SMEs with high growth potential while promoting environmental and social considerations. The fund's strategy is expected to improve financing conditions and contribute to the overall sustainability goals within the region.
