In March 2022, we Corporate Finance successfully secured a financing package for Livingbridge’s investment in Nourish Care Systems, a leading provider of digital care planning software in the UK health and social care markets. Founded in 2011 and based in Bournemouth, Nourish has experienced rapid growth, now serving over 300 care providers across 1,800 settings. Livingbridge, a prominent mid-market private equity investor, sought to invest in Nourish and engaged we Corporate Finance to facilitate the necessary financing.
The Debt Advisory team at we Corporate Finance leveraged their extensive experience in debt financing and mergers and acquisitions to identify the optimal annual recurring revenue (ARR) debt structure for the investment. This strategic approach was informed by Livingbridge’s two decades of expertise in the social care, healthcare, and software sectors, ensuring a tailored solution that met the specific needs of the transaction.
As a result of this successful financing, Nourish is positioned to enhance its platform further, innovate in data utilization to improve care outcomes, and expand its reach to support a greater number of care settings. This transaction marked the fourth collaboration between we Corporate Finance and Livingbridge within a year, solidifying a partnership that aligns the values of both organizations and underscores their commitment to advancing care quality in the sector.
