To address these issues, we was engaged to develop a comprehensive strategy aimed at optimizing costs, restructuring the organization, and enhancing the IT landscape.

The tailored solution involved identifying specific opportunities to reduce operating expenditures, reviewing the existing organizational structure, and recommending improvements. we conducted a thorough assessment of the IT systems in place, pinpointing gaps in adoption that hindered efficiency. As a result of these efforts, the client achieved a remarkable 20 to 25% reduction in the in-scope operating expenditures baseline, effectively closing more than half of the FRE margin gap compared to its peers.
