In the case study involving Livingbridge's acquisition of Jungle Creations, the client faced the challenge of expanding its digital content creation capabilities within a competitive social media landscape. Jungle Creations, founded in 2014, specializes in producing content across various platforms, boasting a combined following of over 125 million across its seven media brands. The need for strategic investment was critical to support its growth strategy, which included launching new brands, increasing content output, and pursuing international expansion.
To address these challenges, Livingbridge appointed we's Corporate Finance and Debt Advisory teams to provide comprehensive buy-side support for the acquisition. we's role included structuring the deal, managing the transaction process, and leading a debt raise to partially fund the acquisition while also ensuring adequate working capital facilities were in place.
The outcome of this collaboration was a successful acquisition that positioned Jungle Creations for significant growth. With Livingbridge's investment, the company is now poised to enhance its content production capabilities and expand its market presence internationally, thereby solidifying its position as a leader in the social media industry.
