Interinfo, a company based in Riga, Latvia, faced significant challenges in adapting to the rapidly changing digital market. Originally established in 1996 to produce telephone directories, Interinfo recognized the need to evolve its services to meet the demands of a more digital-centric consumer base. To facilitate this transformation, Interinfo partnered with the EIF-backed venture capital fund BaltCap. This collaboration enabled the company to broaden its product range and innovate its service delivery. As a result of this strategic investment, Interinfo has become one of the largest professional sales organizations in the Baltics, serving over 20,000 SMEs across Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. The financial support from the European Commission allowed Interinfo to develop a more competitive and innovative service model, aligning with the latest digital trends and reducing its environmental footprint through a shift to online channels.
