By strategically targeting investment in Six Growth Locations, the prospectus aims to ensure that the benefits of growth are widely shared across the city-region.

The city boasts a £78.7 billion Gross Value Added (GVA) and has been recognized as the Top Large UK City for Economic Potential, underscoring the effectiveness of its public-private partnerships in unlocking investment opportunities.
