The ODolls Collection, an aspirational fashion brand targeting the Instagram generation, faced the challenge of building strong relationships with their customer base while launching their brand. The founders, the O'Donnell sisters, aimed to create a visual aspirational lifestyle through social media and brand campaigns, enticing consumers to purchase their latest products and join a fashion movement. With a significant social media following and a large email list, the ODolls were well-positioned to leverage these assets for their marketing efforts.
To address these challenges, a tailored solution was implemented that included paid social and PPC services. The strategy capitalized on the existing engaged follower base on social media and utilized the email list to create custom audiences on platforms like Facebook. This approach was designed to enhance brand visibility and drive sales effectively.
The results of this strategy were remarkable. The paid social campaigns generated over 15 million impressions, achieving an average Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) of £15. Additionally, the PPC efforts resulted in over 7 million impressions, with an average ROAS of £13 and a conversion value exceeding £250,000. Given that the brand launched in early 2020, these outcomes were unprecedented, leading the ODolls team to express their satisfaction and request the agency to replicate this success for two new brands.
