These companies were placed into liquidation in March 2015, necessitating a thorough review and rationalization of their various interests in assets and investments. The primary challenge involved conducting a complex forensic analysis to untangle the intricate and opaque ownership structures of the companies, which was essential for realizing assets for the benefit of stakeholders.
