wefox Holding AG, a European insurance platform based in Switzerland, faced significant challenges that necessitated a comprehensive financing and restructuring program. The company successfully completed a business restructuring across various jurisdictions, which included changes to its governance framework. This restructuring was critical for wefox to stabilize its operations and prepare for future growth. To address its financial needs, wefox secured a total funding of €151 million on July 7, 2025. This funding comprised a €76 million capital raise primarily from existing investors and a refinancing of an existing credit facility amounting to €75 million from Searchlight Capital Partners credit fund, Searchlight Opportunities Fund II.
