The client faced significant challenges in managing a complex merger due to a lack of in-house integration capabilities and resources. Specifically, the client did not possess the necessary experience to effectively plan and execute the integration strategy required for the scale and complexity of the merger. To address this, Global PMI Partners assigned an Integration Director to collaborate with the management team, defining a tailored integration strategy that focused on value creation and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, an Integration Manager was appointed to establish and lead an Integration Management Office (IMO) to oversee the various workstreams involved in the integration project. In another instance, a Private Equity client required assistance with a roll-up strategy involving multiple add-on acquisitions.
