META DESCRIPTION: Pearson Conveyancing Solicitors secure a dream house move for a client who instructed the firm on the sale and purchase from Kent. Helping a client move to their Dream Home Helping a client move to their Dream Home When a client from Kent approached Pearson Solicitors to deal with their property move our conveyancing solicitors were only too happy to help out and were pleased to see them secure their dream home by the sea. Our residential property department deal with clients from all over the country and they have seen an upward trend in instructions coming from clients based in the South. They say they appreciate our down to earth approach and in many cases, our conveyancing fees are less than solicitors based in and around London and the South of England. We have a number of clients who are property investors with a large portfolio including buy-to-lets in London and the South East. In addition, we are often instructed by sellers and buyers from outside our region who have simply searched online for a ‘solicitors’ or ‘conveyancers’ and trust our conveyancing department. Buying a dream home In this case we dealt with the sale of a large early Victorian property in the Kent coastal town of Deal. The house had been a much loved family home for many years but the couple were ready for another challenge. An old vicarage in Kingsdown, Kent, had caught their eye and we were proud to be instructed to secure it on behalf of the client Mr R Wright. The property transaction was far from straightforward, as residential conveyancing solicitor , Michelle Ong, said: “This was a £1 million plus property with issues relating to an unadopted road and drainage system. Our clients were keen to complete quickly but due to the nature of these outstanding enquiries we did have to make sure everything was ok before completion.” “People usually prefer instructing local solicitors but I strongly believe that with the continuing development of technology, instructing a local solicitor is no longer a necessity and is a thing of the past.
