“In this case there was an obvious breach of contract, the debtor failed to pay our client for the services provided pursuant to the Contract and this resulted in a direct breach. Other steps involved include court proceedings and enforcement.
If the letter before action does not result in payment, we can start court proceedings in the Small Claims Court. Where the debtor is unable to pay their debts as they fall due, we could start winding up proceedings or bankruptcy proceedings (as appropriate).
